A short in-salon appointment for new colour clients. Your chosen stylist will assess your hair, talk through your colour goals, and carry out a patch test during your visit. The appointment is for consultation only. This should be booked as a stand-alone service, not alongside a haircut. Your colour appointment will then be arranged in salon following your consultation. The patch test simply needs to be completed at least 48 hours before your colour service. If all remains well after this time, your appointment will go ahead as planned. A £50 deposit is required to secure your consultation. This amount will be credited towards your colour service once your appointment takes place. If, for any reason, your colour cannot go ahead, the amount will be fully refunded in salon. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or non-attendance, may result in the deposit being retained.
