If you have any concerns, or become unwell and are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us immediately and if possible with 24 hours’ notice to ensure your stylist and salon remain in business and sustainable. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online now up to 24 hours before your appointment is due.
For your safety, we are legally obliged to carry out a complimentary skin test at least 48 hours before your colour service. Without one we will be unable to carry out your colour service.
