During the consultation, we’ll discuss the available methods, show you the materials and products we use, and assess your hair to determine the perfect colour match, length, weight, and coverage required. Once we’ve identified the best option, we’ll provide you with a detailed price quote and explain any ongoing maintenance needed. You’re welcome to take your time deciding or book your fitting appointment during the consultation. Please note that consultations are a paid service, and if you choose to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required when booking your follow-on appointment. |~| (30 mins)

Our maintenance plan: A 4-6 week appointment is essential for a mini tighten, where the perimeter of your hair system will be adjusted. This appointment includes a complimentary styling and bio hair trim if needed. We ask that all clients come with their hair freshly washed and dried for all appointments. If any sewing needs doing at this appointment, it will incur an additional charge. After this, an 8-12 week appointment is required to remove and refit your system, including a wash, blow-dry, scalp cleanse, and nourishing treatment. If any sewing is needed at this appointment, it is included in the cost. This is also the best time to add a colour treatment, parting, or frontal change—these services are available as additional add-ons. We recommend this schedule to monitor and address any changes to your scalp and hair health, ensuring the best results and longevity for your system. |~| (30 mins - 4 hrs)

Maintenance is recommended every 6 weeks, with a maximum of 8 weeks to ensure the health of your hair. This service helps prevent matting, knots, excessive shedding, and damage, especially for fine or delicate hair types. Staying within this window helps maintain the integrity of both your natural hair and the extensions. Please note: Appointments booked beyond 8 weeks may require additional time or a different service. |~| (1 hr - 2 hrs)

Maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks to keep your wefts secure, neat, and your natural hair healthy. Regular upkeep helps prevent slippage, tangling, buildup, and unnecessary stress on your scalp and hair. This service includes tightening or repositioning wefts and a thorough check to ensure everything stays in top condition. Please note: Appointments scheduled beyond 8 weeks may require additional time on a reinstall. |~| (1 hr - 2 hrs, 30 mins)

This service includes any minor repairs, tape replacements, or detangling (matting) that may be needed between regular maintenance appointments. Ideal for clients experiencing early issues or needing a quick fix. A full removal is also available for hair extensions. Note: Charges may apply for excessive matting, major repairs, or full reapplication. Clients who have had a system fitted within the past 7 days are eligible for a complimentary blow-dry, included as part of this visit. |~| (15 mins - 1 hr)
