Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology technique which stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Primarily, it assists with the management of secondary lymphoedema occurring from the treatment of breast cancer however it has also been shown to help with primary lymphoedema in some cases. Over a period of time, there can be a significant reduction of fluid out of the affected limb and thus a reduction of further fluid build-up. Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage may also be beneficial in the management of other conditions such as fatigue; acne rosacea and improving sleep. This is a deeply relaxing treatment. A combination of a 30 minute back neck and shoulder massage using a tailor made blend of essential oils, followed by a 60 minute reflexology treatment - the ultimate in relaxation and therapeutic benefit. The massage treatment is beneficial for anyone suffering with neck and shoulder pain or tension, lower back pain, and or headaches. The reflexology treatment provides the benefits of additional relaxation in addition to being beneficial for improving sleep, managing symptoms of stress and anxiety, hormonal balance and a variety of other conditions. One hundred minutes of pure blissful relaxation. The recipient of this voucher will have the opportunity to select their own choice of pure organic essential oils which are then blended in a carrier oil to be used in the Indian Head Massage (which also incorporates a 10 minute back neck and shoulder massage). Once the Indian Head Massage has been completed the recipient can then lie back and enjoy a further 45 minutes of a deeply relaxing reflexology session. This is a lovely gift for anyone who is looking for deep relaxation, an opportunity to forget all about how busy life is, and will leave the recipient feeling as if they are floating on air. Following the treatment all clients will be given 5 or 10 minutes to sit and reflect on their treatment while drinking a glass of chilled water or cup of herbal tea. The special Mum 2 Be will be introduced to a range of organic essential oils, which are safe to use for her and her baby. The chosen oils will then be blended in a carrier oil for massage or alternatively into a cream for reflexology. This is a 100 minute treatment whereby the mum to be can choose a combination of back neck & shoulder massage with reflexology or opt for a deluxe full body massage. The experience is pure indulgence, a moment of complete serenity in the midst of life's hustle and bustle. Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage, is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 2000 years. Aromatherapy Massage is a classic aromatherapy treatment, extremely relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. I will assist you in choosing essential oils of your choice, which would be beneficial to treat the symptoms you present with. These essential oils will then be blended with a gentle carrier oil to form a relaxing massage oil blend. Remedial Massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. It is useful for a number of problems that affect the muscles, tendons and bones and can address a number of other problems. The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow, depending on the problem. Issues within the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that follows the flow of the body's lymphatic system to boost the body's natural draining processes. The lymphatic system drains excess water, proteins, fats and toxics from body tissues down thin tubes (lymph vessels) to the lymph nodes (which can be found in our necks, armpits, and groin). The lymph nodes filter out toxins, blasting any bacteria or infection with white blood cells, as well as returning the fluid to the venous system. This treatment is an extremely slow and gently massage, based on the Vodder Method. Specific essential oils are blended and applied to the skin. Beneficial for releasing tension in the body, improving blood and lymph flow, beneficial for lypoedema, lymphoedema, cellulite, fibromyalgia and many other conditions. Reproductive Reflexology is a natural, non intrusive therapy which aims to reduce stress levels whilst helping with anxiety and tension. I have been trained in Reproreflexology TM by the award winning Barbara Scott of Seren Fertility, I have several years of experience supporting couples on their fertility journey, be it natural fertility or assisted fertility programmes. I am qualified to work with couples alongside medicated cycles such as IUI; IVF; ICSI; Frozen Embryo Transfer or donor cycles using a treatment protocol that the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists believe works to enhance the medications efficacy. Prior to your first appointment with me a full medical history and consultation will need to take place with both partners.
