Clinical Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops of side of feet correspond to areas throughout the body. Working on these reflex points using specialized massage techniques helps correct imbalances throughout the body. Your feet will be cleansed at the start of treatment, wax with essential oils specifically chosen for you and then a variety of techniques will be used, adapted to suit your individual needs. During treatment you will be invited to relax on a massage couch. Most sessions are 45 minutes.

Working with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a natural, complementary therapy which is said to help improve both physical and emotional well-being. During treatment towels will be used to ensure your modesty. Aromatherapists use essential oils and each one has different therapeutic properties. After a full consultation a small number of oils will be selected to suit your individual need, then blended with a carrier oil before being applied to skin during massage.
