Massage time - 50 minutes.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage which helps with water retention, bloating & swelling.
During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your neck, arm pits, groin and the back of your legs.
You will be covered with a towel throughout the treatment.
Wear underwear you aren't too bothered about as we use oil & wouldn't want it to get ruined.
You must drink 2-3 litres of water on the day of treatment & for at least 2-3 days after.

Sculpt & drain face massage added to another service

We use small wooden tools to sculpt and tone the face, followed by lymphatic drainage massage to the face, under chin & neck.
You will asked to remove your top for this treatment as we drain to the armpit area.
You must drink 2-3 litres of water on the day of treatment & for at least 2-3 days after. |~| (15 mins)

We are post op specialists with a medical background - so you will be in good hands.
If you are under 8 weeks post op then you need to book this massage.
We cover all surgery types.
Post op massages should start 3/5 days post op.
These massages are not painful.
We have a medical professional on hand to remove drains/drain seroma if needed (this is an additional cost)
We can also advise on garments, scar care, wound care & general surgery questions/worries.
