Craniosacral Therapy(CST) is very different from traditional massage. You remain fully clothed. This therapy uses a non invasive, soft, subtle touch that has a powerful affect on the central nervous system which can help influence and improve how the whole body functions.
CST can help with aches and pains, stress, headaches, migraine, trauma, head injuries, post surgery.... your body has its own powerful healing ability and CST taps into that and allows the body to realign and heal itself back into balance.

Drawing from a combination of Hot and cold stones, Warm Bamboo, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage and specialist therapies including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, deep oscillation, scar therapy and myofascial release.
