Traditional Thai Massage (or Thai Yoga Massage) is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. This massage consists of a series of movements that stretch out the muscles throughout the body's energy lines and points. The massage helps to reduce stress and increase blood circulation, which leads to well-being and reduces/prevents pain in the body. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment.

The Thai Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in Asia for over a thousand years. It provides Thai families with relaxation and healing on a daily basis. The aim of Thai head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. This is a relaxing massage therapy concentrating on the head, back, neck and shoulder muscles with oil. The treatment is designed to relax and ease tension in the areas of the body where muscle problems most often occur. During the massage, pressure is applied up both sides of the spine and along the lower back, moving up towards the shoulders and neck. This massage works on the upper back, shoulder, neck and head (scalp). A variety of massage movements based on the client’s condition are used. It can ease tension headaches, anxiety & stress, and neck/shoulder stiffness.
