Aromatherapy Massage is a massage treatment using the Neal's Yard pure essential oil blends. The aromatic oils and treatment may help to relieve stress, help muscle stiffness and revitalise.
After an initial consultation, I will choose essential oils to use during your massage. This bespoke essential oil blend is added to a carrier oil and then massaged into your body, paying special attention to any areas you’ve highlighted.
Overall, your massage should be a calming experience, and promote feelings of contentment and relaxation. I will use a variety of techniques with the aim to relax the entire body by relieving tension held within the muscles. |~| (1 hr - 2 hrs)

Deep Tissue Massage

Similar to a Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses a slower stroke, with firmer pressure and is particularly good as a therapeutic treatment for those with muscle tension or pain. Using my hands and forearms, I will use a variety of massage techniques including applying deep finger pressure to specific areas to release tension.
I will discuss with you what you hope to achieve, what to expect, and if there are any specific areas of concern for you. Using specific oils for your needs, I will massage these into your body to gently warm your muscles before using my thumbs, knuckles, forearms or elbows to apply pressure along the fibres of your muscles. Pressure is applied across the grain of your muscles with the aim to release tension and realign tissue fibres. It’s important to know that it’s common to feel a degree of discomfort during your treatment but it should not cause you pain. |~| (1 hr - 2 hrs)
