This is a very gentle, non-invasive lymphatic massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. It targets the lymphatic system rather than muscles, helping to reduce bloating, puffiness, and sluggishness, while supporting your immune system.
Post-surgery clients: If less than 12 weeks from surgery, please book the Post-Operative Lymphatic Massage session.
Important: If you have any health conditions, please consult your GP before booking. Certain conditions, including heart issues, blood clots, DVT, kidney, or liver problems, may make this treatment unsuitable.
