Relax and rejuvenate with this 45 minute Reflexology treatment, to promote physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual self-healing. Treatment includes detailed consultation and aftercare.

Reiki treatment*

*These sessions are ONLY for clients who have had ANY type of Reiki treatment at Santangelis Holistics before, including a Reiki Drumming or a White Lotus Chakra Balance.
As you will already have had a full and detailed consultation with us previously, only a brief consultation is subsequently required.
This treatment consists of 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing, plus consultation and aftercare. Crystals may be used during the treatment.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (existing clients)

This RLD session is for clients who have had any Reflexology treatment with Santangelis Holistics before. Appointment includes 45-60 mins Reflexology, depending on medical requirements, plus consultation and aftercare. Appointment time approx. 90-100mins.
RLD works on the same principles as Lymphatic Drainage Massage/Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a specialised form of massage aimed at moving fluid from swollen areas of the body to working lymph nodes where it can be drained.
RLD assists with the management of Primary & Secondary Lymphoedema, but can be used similarly to MLD to help other conditions e.g. inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, including: arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, aches, pains & premenstrual syndrome.
Treatments take place on the feet. Clients do NOT need to remove any clothing. It is advised that you wear loose trousers that can be rolled up to just above the knee. |~| (1 hr, 35 mins)
