Reflexology:
A gentle foot treatment where specific points that relate to different parts of the body are worked to bring the body in to a state of homeostasis (balance).
Facial Reflexology:
Facial Reflexology maps the body on the face and by working specific points, meridians and zones will help to restore balance to the body. May also include an acupressure and marma point massage of the face and head to relieve pressure in the sinuses, relax the muscles and jaw and boost the feel good hormones to aid relaxation, sleep etc
Hand Reflexology:
A relaxing massage of the hands and arms incorporating hand reflexology where specific points are worked to balance the body's energy.
Also Qualified in The Children's Reflexology Programme and TCRP for Additional Needs enabling me to teach parents /carers how to use reflexology at home.

Indian Head Massage

A gentle, relaxing (or invigorating), clothed massage of the back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face.
You can choose to lie on a massage bed, sit on a low back chair or a massage chair. You may choose to remain fully clothed or remove your top to have oil applied. You can also choose to have more work done on specific areas rather than have the full treatment eg. Back, neck and shoulders Or Head and Face...
