Choose to have a calming wave played to you or have silence whilst you take the weight off your body and mind. Have the lid open or closed, and lay in darkness or with light. This hour is yours, clients have reported better sleep, better posture, less reaction to stress triggers and reduced pain (chronic pain sufferers report to feel pain free whilst weightless).

Enjoy 30 minutes in our Clearlight Full Spectrum large Infrared Sauna. This sauna is perfect to laydown and completely relax or remove the benches and enjoy a work out session (just let us know in the note section)
We have a yoga mat and block available if you wish to stretch during your session, or add a friend using the extra person supplement.
There is a tablet holder should you wish to follow a yoga flow or HIT work out online.
