This is an intense treatment, cleansing every major organ in the body. Up to 20 cups will be applied on your back, back of neck, and Legs), and toxic blood will be extracted.
Includes initial medical consultation and basic health check.
You are advised to have a shower on the day, and have an empty stomach at the time of your appointment, so don't eat anything from 4 hours before the appointment time.
Please note that you should not do any strenuous activity for 24 hours after having a treatment, so you may want to book your appointment when you have a day off from work the next day.
Aftercare advice will be given after your treatment.

The session will be tailored to your needs, using Massage techniques ranging from Aromatherapy, Swedish, Thai Yoga, Turkish, Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) Sports or Cupping Massage.
Please arrive at the time your session is booked. It is advisable to have a shower prior to treatment, so please shower at home before your arrival, or you are welcome to use shower facilities here; the time taken will be deducted from the treatment time. Also be aware that you could be here for 10-15 minutes over the treatment time booked, to allow for initial consultation and relevant aftercare advice if necessary.

This treatment is ideal for those experiencing Hijama for the first time or individuals without major health issues who are looking for light preventative care. Up to 8 suction cups are placed on the back, and small incisions are made to gently remove stagnant or toxic blood.
Please shower on the day of your appointment and ensure your stomach is empty by avoiding food for at least 4 hours beforehand.
After your cupping treatment, avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours. We recommend scheduling your appointment on a day when you can rest or have the next day off.
