Deposit/cancellation/lateness policy
Cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours of appointment date = 100% payment
Cancellation/reschedule within 48 hours of appointment date = 50% payment (non refundable deposit)
Cancellation/reschedule over 48 hours before appointment = deposit carried over
Failure to pay will result in a ban from booking future appointments with me, please understand this is my wage and my income is affected by last minute cancellations and no shows.
Any client more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will not be able to have their treatment/service and will still be charged. Unfortunately this makes all appointments over run and is not fair on clients who arrive on time.
