If we find your dog(s) coat to be matted, we will inform you and charge the matting fee accordingly - this will depend on the severity of the matting. These appointments are for dogs who are in a matted/unkept condition and the aim is to start again by making the dog comfortable. Please note, matted coats will have to go short and we operate a strict humanity over vanity policy in the salon.
