Consultation & skin test
A free consultation with a stylist your thoughts on your hair colour/style and ideas, to be given the best advice on what can achieve on a service. This includes discussing haircuts as well.
All colour products will be explained in the consultation to decide what we will skin test you with, including vegan and no ammonia products.
Appointments can be booked after the skin test is complete.
New clients have to be skin tested at least 48 hours prior to your colour service.

Keratin Revolution consultation
A consultation to discuss which keratin treatment would be suitable for your hair, this is a smoothing and NOT a straightening service. All hair types/ textures are suitable for this treatment, but results will vary on each person. More will be discussed on the day of consultation. |~| (15 mins)

PLEASE NOTE THIS CONSULTATION HAS TO BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE ANY PERM SERVICE/ BOOKING IS MADE.
This consulatation determines whether or not your hair is suitable for the service.

Extension consultation
A consultation to discuss if you’re suitable for hair extensions. We d determine and show what extensions we offer (nanos, stick tips and tapes). Whether you would like them for length, thickness or adding colour, we will colour colour match your hair to the extensions.
Extensions can be ordered on the same day of your consultation, depending on if they’re in stock online.

SKIN ALLERGY TEST
A Skin Allergy test is compulsory when having a colour service with us. For new clients this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the appointment time & date (or anytime before that)
Without a skin test, we cannot carry out the colour service.
