CGS Sports Therapy Services
Sports Massage
Sports massage is useful in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.
Sports massage was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for physical performance, to perform well during training and to recover after a sporting event. However, it is beneficial for anyone with injuries, chronic pain or a restricted range of movement.
Whilst sports massages aren't supposed to hurt, don't be surprised if you experience some tenderness and discomfort, especially if your massage therapist is working on an area that's already injured, sore, or tight.
May include some Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the end |~| (1 hr)
