Powder brows are a semi permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with a soft powder effect, very similar to powder makeup or a fresh tint. This is achieved with a shading technique using a device similar to a tattoo machine. This will include your initial treatment and 6week top up us both aftercare kits.
