Removals for Fusion & Ring methods Most removals will take no more than 1 hour. If you do have excessive matting above the bonds you may require a longer appointment. If you are not sure, please discuss this with the salon. If you have 50 strands or under then we do offer 1/2 removals. Please note: if you are booked in for a 1 or 1/2 hour removal and we complete the service in a shorter time frame, the full time will still be charged as this is the time that has been blocked out for your service. |~| (15 mins - 1 hr)

Consultations are free, you will be asked to secure your booking with a card, no money will be taken from your card. The £20 charge only applies if 48hours notice haven’t been given to cancel your appointment. Please make sure Consultation form has been filled in prior to appointment consultations, with no obligation to book in. They will last between 10-15 minutes. Consultations are vital in determining and discussing the following: 1: If you’re suitable for hair extensions 2: What method or methods would work best for you and your hair. 3: Your lifestyle, hobbies etc. 4: What you would like to achieve from having hair extensions. Length, thickness, colour or maybe all of these? 5: Choosing your hair. 6: Colour matching. 7: Aftercare When unable to attend an in salon consultation, we can offer to run over the consultation via FaceTime. If you have accidentally caught the thread and need minimal repair. If complete row or most of row has come loose you will need a full row refit. |~| (20 mins)

If you have had your extensions fitted and have any concerns and would like for us to check over. This is a free service. We do ask that you secure appointment with your card and payment will only be deducted if you fail to arrive to your appointment or give at least 24hours notice of cancellation. |~| (20 mins  •  check up)

To remove your tapes we will spray an alcohol and oil based remover to the tape top and gently pierce a tail comb between the 2 sandwiched pairs. massaging them together until they come away from your natural hair and slide out. |~| (30 mins - 1 hr, 15 mins)

Ring/Cold fusion methods Extensions are checked over, removing and replacing strands that need to come out. (cold fusion) if you have any strands left over from initial fitting we can fill in using these extensions, if you don't have any extra strands and would like some new strands to fill in please contact us on 07590226671 1/2 hour checking over and replacing 1/2 hour cut and style If you prefer the full hour for replacing please let stylist know when you arrive. |~| (30 mins - 2 hrs)

!!! IMPORTANT!!! REFIT DOES NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OR RETAPE. Hair extensions must already be re taped and ready for re fit.
