A patch test for lash extensions isn’t a clear indication for a reaction as a patch test would go on the skin and the glue actually only goes on your lashes. Another way of doing a patch test is just to add a couple of lashes to your eyes but obviously that’s not the same amount and exposure as a full set would be so a reaction wouldn’t always occur.
