A specialised facial experience, using smooth, cool tools and ice globes on the facial and neck muscles in specific upward and outward strokes. Think of it as a work out for the face! As well as feeling amazing, it offers lots of benefits. The gentle pressure aids the drainage of lymphatic fluid to reduce puffiness as well as boosting blood flow and relaxing tight facial muscles. Treatment includes: double cleanse, acupressure points on face & neck, neck & decolletage massage, facial massage, Gua Sha routine, Ice Globe therapy followed by scalp massage. During the Mindful Facial you will discover how face reflexology feels and how it can bring you into balance whilst benefiting your overall wellbeing. One of the main aims is to help you relax and to move and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body to encourage healing and remove any energy 'blocks'.
