Cleansing Back Treatment

To start I body brush down the back to help increase blood flow, this is followed with a deep cleanse and exfoliation that’s removed with heated mitts. A massage will be carried out covering the whole of back, neck and shoulders working on any tension areas. Once the massage is finished a purifying mask is applied and a hot towel is placed over the top. When the mask is on you will enjoy a scalp massage working from the nape of the neck to the top of the head. Then I finish with some nourishing body lotion. Absolute bliss! |~| (1 hr)

Hopi Ear Candles & Sinus Facial Massage

Hopi Ear Candles is a deeply relaxing treatment that involves tubular candles being placed in each ear one at a time. Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that massages the feet to help the whole body. The treatment is carried out by you only removing your footwear, and then you relax on the couch slightly sat up and a bolster cushion is placed under your knees with cushions placed under your ankles. You should feel completely weightless. I start off with a relaxation massage then go into the reflexology which is a much firmer pressure and this helps stimulate certain points on the feet.
