As you will already have had a full and detailed consultation with us previously, only a brief consultation is subsequently required. This RLD session is for clients who have had any Reflexology treatment with Santangelis Holistics before. Appointment includes 45-60 mins Reflexology, depending on medical requirements, plus consultation and aftercare. Appointment time approx. 90-100mins. RLD works on the same principles as Lymphatic Drainage Massage/Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a specialised form of massage aimed at moving fluid from swollen areas of the body to working lymph nodes where it can be drained. RLD assists with the management of Primary & Secondary Lymphoedema, but can be used similarly to MLD to help other conditions e.g. inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, including: arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, aches, pains & premenstrual syndrome. Treatments take place on the feet. Clients do NOT need to remove any clothing. It is advised that you wear loose trousers that can be rolled up to just above the knee. |~| (1 hr, 35 mins)

The AromaReflex experience starts with a full, detailed consultation, where your health and wellbeing needs are discussed, which lasts approximately 30-40 mins. Based on your individual needs, a range of essential oils will then be selected for you to smell, stimulating your body’s amazing olfactory senses. Together with the Reflexologist, you will select a bespoke blend of three essential oils that will be mixed with a premium wax (approx.30ml), which you will then be treated with during your 45 min Reflexology session.
