Profhilo® Structura is an injectable treatment designed to lift, contour, and rejuvenate the facial profile by targeting superficial fat layers. It is a more advanced version of the original Profhilo, specifically addressing age-related volume loss and sagging in the midface. The treatment uses a combination of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, produced through NAHYCO® Technology, to stimulate fat cell regeneration and restore facial structure. One of the biggest trends from South Korea is 'glass skin'. This is achieved by delivering tiny droplets of botulinum toxin into the superficial layers of the skin and is known as ‘Microtox’ or ‘skin botulinum toxin’ The treatment involves tiny droplets of toxin with neofound in which 4 sessions are necessary 2-8 weeks apart. The technique utilises botulinum toxin differently to traditional methods; the concentration is lower and it is injected as micro droplets. Each of the 20 gold microfine needles infuse the active ingredients into the skin at a depth of 0.6mm, the SKIN-TOX™ needles have greater tensile strength. The toxin is injected into surface of the muscle fibres where they 'tether' to the skin which reduces the pulling effects of the fibres on the skin whilst the main body of the muscle continues to work – the result being that muscle movement and expression is maintained whilst finer surface movements and lines are relaxed.
