Appointment includes; jewellery consultation, on site jewellery sterilisation while you wait, piercing and aftercare advice and support. Clients that aren’t able to have massages for medical reasons are still able to benefit from personal blends mixed specifically for them that they can use in the bath or in a lotion that can be applied at home. You can also benefit from aromatherapy by just inhaling a blend that has been specifically made for you. This can be used as a 1 off treatment or as part of a treatment plan. Reiki is a complimentary therapy using the universal energy, it originated in Japan. It’s pronounce Ray key and translates to universal life energy. Reiki is good for physical and emotional issues. Energy flows through us all and when the energy becomes blocked or disrupted it can lead to illness and or stress. Reiki works with the mind, body and spirit and although it’s considered to be spiritual it’s not religious. It was founded in the early 20th century by Dr Mikao Usui. It’s a hands on treatment that can be done while you are fully clothed. The treatment balances the energy. It’s safe to be used by everyone including children and pregnant women.
