An Introduction to Massage weekend with the Massage Training Institute (MTI). Come and learn how to give an effective full body massage using simple techniques and oils. You will be working with each other both giving and receiving massages under the guidance of your tutor Sam Quinton. This weekend is a complete course, but if you learn to love massaging as much as we do, it is also the introductory weekend to the MTI Diploma in Holistic Massage. Zen Practice is simply sitting zazen. This is the ancient practice of sitting in stillness and silence following the Buddha's awakening. The focus is on the body, rather than theories to grasp with the mind. The concentration is on the body posture and the breath. Maddie guides you with gentle teachings to enable you to maintain concentration and a relaxed state of mind.
