A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. For many women, pregnancy massage benefits include easing aches and pains, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for labour. A pregnancy massage included a light Swedish neck, back and shoulder massage. We can use extra pillows or supports to get you as comfortable as possible whilst you soak up the relaxing atmosphere in the dark, cosy candle lit treatment room.
