All colour appointments require a colour consultation before any colour service is done.
As required by law all new clients or clients who haven't had a colour service within 6 months require a sensitivity/ allergy test, a minimum of 48 hours prior to any colour service. Any allergy or sensitivity reactions must be addressed to your stylist for your safety and safety of the stylist.
A consultation will include:
•Discussion of what you would like to achieve and if it would be possible
•Bespoking what colour service you need
•Colour swatching (seeing what colour you would like)
•Pricing your service
• Hair condition and strength
•Sensitivity, allergy, strand tests
•Reccomeneded after care
