Lash Extension Infills To keep your lash extensions looking full and flawless, we recommend booking infills every 2–3 weeks. This keeps your lashes healthy, balanced, and long-lasting. 2-Week Infills (60 mins): Perfect if you don’t want to see gaps and like your lashes looking consistently fresh. 3-Week Infills (90 mins): Ideal if you don’t mind a few gaps as your lashes shed naturally, or if you don’t mind lying back a little longer. 💡 Every client’s lash cycle is unique. Some may need 90-minute infills every 2 weeks — it all depends on your natural lash growth and how well you care for your extensions. Important to note: Please arrive with clean lashes — free from makeup, oils, or residue. At least two-thirds of your extensions should still be present to qualify as an infill. Choose from either a wax or a tweeze to get your desired brow shape. Our team are all fully trained in creating a shape that will compliment your facial features. The brows are mapped and measured using your features to ensure we are getting your shape spot on. You can also add one of our tints to your brow shape. We offer different tints to meet everyone's needs. Brow Tinting Define your brows with our vegan, cruelty-free tints — there’s something for everyone: RefectoCil (Natural Tint): Tints the hairs with minimal skin stain. Considered safe during pregnancy. Bronsun Hybrid & Henna Effect: Tints the hairs and leaves a skin stain lasting 2–10 days for extra definition. Apraise (PPD-Free): Gentle and ideal for sensitive clients or those with allergies. We can custom-blend shades to create your perfect match, and you can add a wax or tweeze for a polished finish. Good to know: Available for clients 16yrs+. If pregnant, we recommend waiting until after the first trimester. Our Korean Lash Lift treatment uses advanced cysteamine-based products that are gentle on the lashes while delivering beautifully defined, natural-looking curls. Unlike traditional systems, this method doesn’t require lashes to be stretched uncomfortably backwards, allowing for a more comfortable experience with longer-lasting, more consistent results. Cysteamine works to safely reshape the lashes while preserving their strength and integrity, making it ideal even for finer or more delicate lash types. We recommend a 6-week gap between treatments to maintain healthy lash growth and curl. Allergy alert tests are quick and simple, but are a must for certain treatments. Especially for new clients. All clients must have a test every 6 months. Treatments that require an allergy alert test will say so in their description. It is required a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment. Gel polish is a soft gel in the form of polish. The gel polish acts as an overlay on the nail that lasts for at least two weeks (but often as long as four weeks). The result is high shine or matte nails with no chipping, peeling, or cracking. Please do not pick at any lifted gel polish. Use your files gifted in treatment to file any lifted edges and be sure to book a fresh set. Biab stands for Builder In A Bottle. This can be used over the natural nail to enhance the natural nails ability to grow or increase strength with particularly brittle nails. If you like to change the colour of your nails then we suggest a clear BIAB to allow for more variety in the finish of your nails. French tip & Nail art can be applied ontop of the BIAB & gel colour, you will just need to add these to your treatment to ensure enough time is allocated. We do have a selection of BIAB colours and Hema free BIABs for those of you who like to stick to the same colour on your nails. *Please make sure if you have no previous product on your nails, otherwise you can book a removal. These extensions are made from gel but are hard like other nail extensions, once cured. This means that they are simple to soak off the nail. It is a full tip which is stuck on the nail by all in one BIAB. Allowing you to grow you to grow your natural nails underneath. We have a range of shapes you can choose from, square, stiletto, almond, which can all be tailored to any length and shape you may want. These look thin and delicate on the nail and are less damaging for the nail than an acrylic nail extension. Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. After your 4th infill we suggest a fresh set. Depending on your natural nail you may decide to switch to our BIAB or Gel colour options.
