These previous brows must be at least faded by 50%. On occasion cover ups for previous stroke work may be considered if the pigment is faded by minimum 70%. The price for this procedure reflects the difficulties that come with reshaping and re working someone else’s work rather than having a blank canvas. Ideal for clients with normal- dry skin.
