Keratin Blow Dry
Keratin Blow Dry - also known as a Brazilian Blow Dry - is a semi-permanent smoothing treatment that eliminates frizz and improves manageability.
Unlike relaxers, a keratin treatment is not a permanent straightener, rather a semi-permanent effective solution. The treatment formula is applied in sections using a small brush. The entire process can take around 2 hours but this is determined by how long, thick and curly your hair is.
Keratin treatments will not leave your hair permanently straight, so if you’re looking for pin-straight strands, this probably isn’t for you. That being said, they will take some of the volume and coil out of very curly hair. Those with loose curls and waves struggling with a lot of frizz and unwanted thickness will notice that their hair is much sleeker, but still maintains some movement.
