Make stopping smoking easy and live a healthy life. Get rid of the smoking habit for good. You will need to book this with at least a week to prepare before your appointment. |~| (2 hrs)

Hypnotherapy is a non-esoteric therapy. Meaning I don’t sit there and give you the answers based on what you tell me; I believe YOU have the answers, I’m just there to help you find them, and apply them. I believe you know your own mind better than me, and you are the expert in your own life. Introducing you to stories, positive images and themes is part of what I do in the hypnotic state, if I can start that process from the get go by inviting you to listen to my stories about the brain from our first meeting, then the hypnotherapy we do together is going to be even more effective. Learning how the brain works and listening to your relaxation track at home all help with the hypnotherapy process. |~| (50 mins)

It can be quite scary, emotional or anxiety-inducing. I want you to feel as comfortable, relaxed and safe as possible and I find a light-hearted explanation of how the brain works is a better way of helping you feel relaxed than asking probing questions about your anxieties and problems. I want clients to leave a consultation feeling hope, positivity and like they’ve gained some understanding of how their own brain works, looking forward to their first session; and isn’t that how therapy should be? |~| (45 mins)
