Cancellation Policy This policy is in place to protect my income and time, just as many other businesses do. When an appointment is cancelled (even just 1 treatment) at short notice or missed, it's the same as attending a job and not being paid. I work limited hours and do my best to accommodate everyone. Last-minute cancellations not only affect me but can also mean that other clients miss the opportunity to book in. This applies to rescheduling an appointment at last minute to an alternative day, myself and other clients miss out on the original appointment slot. Like any business, I have a home and expenses to run, and this policy ensures fairness for both myself and my clients. * Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice - no charge. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice - 50% of the service fee will be charged. * No-shows (failure to attend without notice)
